Wedding at Casa la Siesta, Vejer | Anna & Sam

We really wanted to publish the celebration of this Wedding at Casa de la Siesta, a traditional “Cortijo” with a clear Andalusian touch between Vejer de la Frontera and Medina Sidonia. The atmosphere could not be more ideal, 100% describing our style of wedding photography.

As they say on the Boutique Hotel website: “we provide an incomparable setting to escape, relax and enjoy the luxury of tranquility and exclusivity” We could not be more in line with this statement.

When Anna & Sam, both from the United Kingdom, contacted us, we knew that their wedding would have that point of exclusivity and intimacy … but also rural and wild, typical of an environment such as the Cadiz coast.

A natural environment, where you can breathe the smell of salt, where you can hear the swallows and feel the grazing of cows in the meadows.

If we had to choose any place in the world to live, we would definitely choose Vejer de la Frontera. After all … it is one of our favorite towns in all of Andalusia. So, if you’re thinking of having a Wedding at Casa la Siesta, don’t think about it, run!

From the preparations (Anna was wearing a spectacular wedding dress) to lunchtime we felt absolute peace accompanied by laughter, toasts, dances, hugs, joy and happiness. Perfect to end with a party where each guest put on his craziest and most crazy part.

Sometimes it is difficult to define what a perfect wedding should be like, because each wedding is unique in itself, but doing so … celebrate everything in the same place, in an Andalusian Cortijo, with the closest guests, without a specific schedule and leaving everything flow is to ensure that perfection is achieved.
